Q: DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
A: Yes, I am!
I cannot ship to the following countries: Afghanistan, Korea North Dem Rep, Lao, Libya, Turkmenistan, Venezuela, Yemen
... due to restrictions described by Canada Post. Please confirm your mail can be sent from Canada to your country before purchasing here!
NEW: Due to VAT, I will not be able to ship tracked packages (this includes ALL keychains) at this time! If demand allows, I will open an Etsy shop, which can mitigate the delivery of tracked packages.
Q: IS THERE AN OPTION FOR TRACKED SHIPPING?
A: Yes. Tracked shipping is available for Canada, America, Australia, and various countries without Asia.
Q: WHEN WILL YOU SEND OUT ORDERS (PROCESSING SPEED)
A: When sending out batches, I try to send them out on Tuesday/Thursday every week or every other week. Individual mail can be sent out as quickly as 2 days from purchase. Bear in mind that I am just one person operating this shop and I hope you will understand it could take up to 2 weeks to send out your order. You contact me at any time to inquire about the status of your order. Please note that if you have purchased a preordered item, the entire shipment will be made based on the dispatch of the preorder. As such, please try to NOT purchase preorder items with in-stock items.
Q: HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE ONCE SENT?
A: Canada: 1-3 weeks
USA: 2-3 weeks
International ~2-8 weeks
Once the package has been shipped, it is out of my control. As a result, I am not responsible for the damages/lost package during shipment! I try my best to pack securely to minimize any possible damage. Delivery issues should be reported to your local mailing service. Tracked shipping is recommended where possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
I do not accept any returns or exchanges. There are no delivery times guarantees at this moment, especially during this unprecedented time.
If you have any issues with your order, please do not hesitate to contact [email protected] in order to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
If I made a mistake in your order, please email me with your order number and photos of the received product
If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering. If the item is preordered, please cancel within a week.
I am not liable to the damages during shipment. However, if there had been large damages (ex. partially, completely ripped), please email me with your order number and photos, including the postal service note attached.
NEW: KEYCHAIN SHIPPING
At this time, I will not be shipping to the EU due to VAT laws. If demand allows, I will be opening an Etsy shop to mitigate these laws. Please contact me if you reside in the EU and are interested in these keychains!
Orders to Canada: I will not be responsible for any lost packages if untracked shipping is chosen. I'd highly recommend choosing tracked shipping if this is an issue! Unlike prints, I will not be able to resend keychains if lost, with some exceptions.
Orders everywhere else (excluding EU): Only tracked will be available for your convenience and for safe delivery.
